We Are Oshawa is holding its Annual General Meeting on May 16, 2019.

This email constitutes proper notice of the AGM under the WAO bylaws.

At this meeting, an election will be held for the Executive. There are five positions to be filled. If you are interested in running, please arrange to have someone nominate you and second your nomination. Also, we suggest that you be prepared to put forward your vision and priorities for the coming year.

In addition to the election, members have the right to propose bylaw amendments. The
